TPA Portable Roadways have once again completed a successful installation using their innovative aluminium trackway at Scotland's premier festival "T in the Park".
TPA Portable Roadways provide specialist ‘hire’ equipment to a cross sector of markets, including construction, telecommunications, rail industry, portable buildings as well as supplying access solutions to numerous summer events including Wimbledon, RHS Tatton Park and many music festivals.
They have once again completed a successful installation using their innovative aluminium track way at Scotland’s premier festival “T in the Park”. The event took place at Balado, Kinross-shire for the third consecutive year where acts including Kings of Leon, the Killers and Snow Patrol took to the main stage.
The organisers of this event prized the expert guidance and service delivered by TPA. As a result of their exemplary planning, subsequent delivery and installation they were so delighted that they commended TPA with a contractors ‘gold’ award for their efforts – an accolade that is seldom awarded, and which TPA were thrilled to receive.
Sapa Profiles UK manufacture the aluminium extrusions used to make this temporary track way product. They supply it fully fabricated ready for assembly.

TPA installed the equivalent of 9.3 kilometres worth of both traditional trax panels and the rollout MD40 system for “T in The Park”. The products were used on site to create a security perimeter fence and access route and were installed by experienced, trained crews during a six week build up and recovery process.
Their commitment to designing and developing innovative products has helped them become Europe’s largest supplier of aluminium portable roadways with a depot network throughout the UK and mainland Europe.
